When you apply, you will first be considered for an eBay MasterCard, which can be used anywhere MasterCard is accepted. If you do not qualify for an eBay  MasterCard, you will then be considered for a PayPal Smart Connect card, which can be used on eBay and anywhere PayPal is accepted.
